My Coaching Process
I believe most people are held back from living the life they truly want because they buy into the limiting stories they’ve been taught about what they “should do” and what defines a successful life. As we get further and further away from our true desires and ambitions, we lose the ability to trust in our own intuition. I help clients get back into alignment with their true desires and goals. I believe coaching is a co-created experience, with the client leading the way. I am there to support my client on their journey, offering a confidential and safe place for exploration and change.

Learning new skills to reduce stress and anxiety by learning how to process through emotions in a healthy way.

Explore how I can support you
During the session we determine what areas you would like to work on and how I can help you get were you want to go. If we decide we’re a good match, you’ll be invited to schedule sessions.
Commit to the process
Based on your needs, we will determine the number of sessions that we would like to allocate, typically between 8 to 16 sessions. We then determine the frequency of the sessions (weekly, bi-monthly). YOU are in charge every step of the way!
One-on-One sessions are 60 minutes in length. You decide communication method: ZOOM or Phone.
